How do I get started?
Our 1-1 training programs begin with a complete postural appraisal. Here we analyse your body's positioning and ranges of motion helping us to determine your strengths and weaknesses so we can formulate a progressive training regime.
This initial session is free from charge and takes around 45 minutes to complete. During the session we can also answer your questions about training packages and what will best suit your needs.
