1-on-2 Personal Training

1-on-2_PTSimilar to the 1-on-1 with a very personalised approach, however you can share your session with a friend or family member. Great for those busy executives that find it hard to spend time with their partners and know they need to exercise. Here you can kill two birds with the one stone!

Train Once a week and up to Four Times per week with your trainer, we will provide you with a dedicated approach to ensure success is met for the both of you.

We start by determining a plan of action that includes exactly how you will achieve your goal.We then move into analysing your current posture and apply this with a technique based ease into your workout session.

By understanding how your body is currently working, we can make quick judgements to ensure every workout you do is optimised. Decreasing injury and any setbacks ensuring the goals we set become reality.
