· Finding out which Heart rate zone you are most efficient in burning and which heart rate zone you are inefficient in burning fat..

TRAIN YOUR METABOLISM

Knowing your metabolic profile, we will design a Personal Fat loss and/or Fitness plan for you. Your plan will:

· Provide an easy-to-follow report to help you reach your specific goal,

· Incorporate Personal Training (Strength), Cardiovascular training and Nutritional Accountability

· Train your body to be more efficient in burning fat and calories overall

· Increase your metabolism so your body will burn fat while you sleep

Step 3

RE-ASSESS YOUR METABOLISM

We will re-assess and re-test you every 12 weeks to adjust your training according to your metabolism

· Re-assess your metabolism (every 12 weeks)

· Re-establish a new road-map to continue training smarter, not harder via easy-to-follow report

· Re-train your body to be more efficient to burn fat and calories overall
