Welcome to the Balance Group Training Program!
I bet you’ve heard it a thousand times: “Success is a journey, not a destination. It all starts with the first step.” So congratulations on making that first step, we are 100% behind you!
Whilst there are no short-cuts, if you stay committed (that means no excuses!), we guarantee that you will achieve the results you are after.
Before you get started, here are a few points to help familiarise yourself with our studio and programs:
Balanced Nutrition Program. Many studies (as well as our own experience) have shown that people who achieve the best results are those who carefully follow their nutrition program. The Balance Personal Training team have given you a complete guide on how to fuel correctly before, after and on the days you are not training. Be sure to follow these recommendations as closely as possible and the results you achieve will be nothing short of amazing.
Cancellation Policy. If you can’t make a session, you can attend either the next Boot Camp session opposite to your time (i.e. if you regularly attend the morning Boot Camp you may attend the evening Boot Camp. This is limited to being a make-up within 7 Days of you missing a session)
Bring Your Towel and Water Bottle. For hygiene and safety purposes please bring your towel and drink bottle.
3 Free Personal Training Sessions. We know you’ll love us, so if you refer anyone else to join either the current group training program you will automatically receive 1 free personal training session, and if they join, you will receive a further 2 free sessions.
