What is personal training?
Personal training consists of one on one coaching from a certified personal fitness trainer... this trainer teaches you, motivates you, and gets you to work consistently to a personalised, detailed fitness and nutrition plan which the trainer develops for you based on you and your goals.
Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals as it utilizes the most effective exercise and nutrition strategies while at the same time ensures you continuously are making progress towards your goals.
